The Saloon: buffalo meat in every which way!

From the traditional steak to chili con carne via the hamburger — discover the classics of American cuisine revisited with buffalo meat.

Our saloon is not just a simple reproduction of an American decor. It is also and above all a restaurant where we serve dishes prepared with our delicious buffalo meat and more, from Thursday to Sunday.

All the ingredients for our seasonal dishes with American flavors come from our farm: the buffalo meat, of course, but also the vegetables and eggs.

As our specialties are cooked with buffalo meat and produce from our farm, we cannot guarantee that all the dishes on the menu will be available at all times. Do not hesitate to contact us to reserve the dishes you would like to try!

Open Saturday from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm & Sunday from 11:30 to 17:00 (without interruption between 13 July to 19 August)
