A year ago we decided to open an associated project in Montana, U.S.A.
We found a ranch of approximately 400ha in the south east of Montana near to the town of Billings.
In the past, this ranch gathered the herds of bisons that migrated across the plains in search of food.
Our plan is to rehabilitate these grounds by re-introducing bisons bred in a holistic (or reasoned agriculture) way. That is to say by respecting the ecosystem, biodiversity, carbon imprint, the principles of reasonable pasturing…
We will also be welcoming, in small groups of maximum 12 people, tourists who would like to live the daily life of a bison ranch and to discover the richness of this rocky region. We propose a 10 day all inclusive program where you can discover: Yellowstone park, the bison ranch (on horse back), the Lewis & Clark mission, the battle of the Little Big Horn, the town of Billings, rodeos, the town of (Bison Bill) Cody, but also … hiking in the Black Hills, fishing…
